Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Rafa will never work again, surely.

But I said the same after his disaster at Inter, so he'll probably get another huge paycheck at another big club soon.

    3-1...

They should sack Rafa for his own safety.

i'm a fan of Rafa, but Samuel fúcked him up 2nd half.

Diame turned that game around, and Rafa's only reaction was to take off Hazard, then Moses, probably his best attacking player after Mata.

    and now it's 3.

Sam is better than most of us think he is.

    Agent Rafa ;)

I think most of the Liverpool fans who want Rafa back are resident on RAWK, and are not representative of regular Liverpool fans or humanity in general.

Too many dandies in the chelski squad.

No, have you not heard? Rafa gets under Fergies skin and he has him rattled.

Have a look at the liverpool thread on here, i would say the majority would have had him back last summer, i dont know why people are so obsessed with rawk.

Was laughed at for saying I'd have him at Liverpool in the summer when he was he linked heavily with us, very good player.

Maiga should start ahead of Cole though!

They played the second half like strangers who met on a bus for the first time this morning. You can almost hear them counting down till the end of the season.

That's what you get for appointing an interim manager. No one's bothered, no one takes what the manager has to say too seriously.

    Steve Kean for Chelsea!!

What were the chants directed at Nolan?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,985 ✭✭✭Essien

Credit where it's due, West Ham came out and played ball in the second half. I'm not sure how much more Rafa could do, we created the chances and the forwards didn't put them away. Of the 3 goals they got, the first was clearly a foul and the third was an unprecedented **** up from Cole, Rafa can't really be blamed for that.

In any case, I hope the pathetic fans are happy with that, they'll be seeing lots of it if they keep carrying on the way they are. Good luck building any kind of team spirit or solidarity at Chelsea.

I blame Cech for the 1st goal and was all down hill from there.

We never looked like scoring in the 2nd half apart Matas free kick. Absolutely brutal 2nd half performance.

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,868 ✭✭✭Andersonisgod

It's a ridiculous situation. The apathy in that second half was nothing short of disgraceful but that's what you get when you have either an interim manager who is leaving at the end of the season anyway or a permanent manager who will be fired anyway when the first bad run of results occur. There has to be consistency and the permanent manager needs to be backed all the way by the owner, until that happens the players will always be more powerful than the manager and you will get apathetic performances like this.

All of that being said, if we had a reasonably threatening striker we would have been out of view by the end of the first half.

****ing hell, I missed all the 3 West Ham goals :(

Just shows what interference from the owner of Chelsea produces yet again. What good manager would want to work for the club. All Chelsea will get is journeyman managers between better jobs, so long as Mr. A interferes IMO.

    4 points from 21.

    FFS, thats absolutely disgraceful.
