Best place to change euro to sterling?

    Have 300 euro and need to get it changed to sterling today? Is the post office or the banks better rates?

    the post office were not charging commission there for a while , don't know if that is still the case. Call your bank and see what you will end up with in sterling after commission and exchange rate then call into your local post office and compare

    Post office don't charge commission but the rate is not as good (they have to make it back somehow)
