littlewoods ireland winter ad music

hi there.
just wondering if anyone can tell me what the song/music is in the littlewoods.ie winter ad.

soundhounding several times gives no results.
googling the intelligible lyrics yields no results.

thoughts?
reminds me of ingrid michaelson a bit, as well as lots of other cutesy female vocalists who sing accompanied by a ukulele (these days).

one hit (yahoo?) promised the littlewoods winter ad song was the "same as it was last year" which is "white nights" by Oh Land (aka Nanna Øland Fabricius). .. but this clearly isn't the same tune.

lyrics that can be heard are:

Did exactly as suggested, and they got straight back to me. It's "Dreams Come True" by the lovely Katie Herzig.
