hello, i'm trying to set up a FTP with filezilla but when i go to set up Site manager, host i'm putting in cp.blacknight.com and the FTP username and password I got in the FTP section of blacknight, but it's not connecting for me, am i doing somthing wrong? thanks

cp.blacknight.com is the control panel only
For FTP you should use your domain name
