Biggest difference today is the tempo of our passing, and the balance in midfield. Lucas looks very rusty (as is to be expected) but him being back in the side allows Gerrard and Allen to play in their natural positions and we immediately look more cohesive as a unit. Good stuff so far, but we should be more than one goal ahead.

Good stuff so far, just worried that all the possession (roughly two thirds) was going to waste, still need a second pretty quickly though.

Ideal game back for Lucas as the likes of Ramírez are not going to thunder into him, imagine he'll get subbed at 60 though.

Missed the goal as my stream died last few mins but am impressed again with us. Nice for Dagger to get an overdue goal but our overall play deserves better final ball and finishing

I would swap Shelvey for Sahin and leave Lucas on . I think Sahin should be given in a run out today especially in a position where he will play at his best .
