Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Big game for both sides today. Only one point separates them in the league table. Koscielny out for the next three weeks and Hernandez injured in mid-week. Should be a very good open game. Hoping for an Arsenal win.

Hope none of our defenders are injured today or we're in serious trouble.
We are seriously lacking in cover.

    Oh the mixed emotions!!!

Since i re-signed Giroud, he didn't score last week and dropped this week. FF makes me feel like its my fault somehow.

Merts and Szez only players with any credit so far

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,500 ✭✭✭Fuzzy_Dunlop

    Very uninspiring stuff so far.

Signs of improvement - crossing so much better now than it was on Weds and Giroud is on the bench !

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,500 ✭✭✭Fuzzy_Dunlop

Good cross from Jenkinson there. Shame it went to Santi.

He better bring him on before the 80th minute.

Gervinho is completely lacking in confidence - hasn't once taken on his man - barely even plays a forward pass.

Awful performance and its only thanks to Szez, Merts and Verm that we're not behind.

Only saw the last 20 mins. We are not doing too well at midfield. Jenkinson playing well I think. Need to get serious in the second half as we need 3 points badly. Down to 8th now.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,427 ✭✭✭Pierce_1991

Jenks doing well, we started playing ok with 10 minutes left in the half. I'd like to see Podolski come into the center more.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,431 ✭✭✭dvemail

Were relying on Arteta too much nowadays. He's just not playing well, always plays the ultra safe ball. Needs to start passing the ball forward a bit more.

  • Administrators, Computer Games Moderators, Sports Moderators Posts: 32,410 Admin ✭✭✭✭✭Mickeroo

started better this half at least

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,751 ✭✭✭✭AdamD

No doubt we won't see any subs until 70+. Games crying out for Giroud, so many crossing opportunities.

    This commentator is some spastic

Was a dive in fairness. I've seen Cazorla keep running when other players would just go down in other situations, Michu's trip in the first half for example.

Oxo & Giroud coming on, at least he's not leaving it late this time.

Rosicky coming on for Jack. Can't see either side scoring now though. Another frustrating day at the office so far.

    Another terrible game.

Every single one of our attempts on goal has gone straight into the keepers hands. So frustrating.

Absolutely no fight in the team what so ever. Every other PL team knows how to play against us sit deep defend and hit us on the break. Defence caught way to far up the pitch on both goals.
