Not at all. Probert isn't the issue, it's the referees who don't give these penalties week in, week out.

It was a blatant foul but, like foul throw ins amongst other things, it's a breach of the rules that is rarely if ever pulled up.

He is letting similar things go in the middle of the pitch, or is it only a foul if it's in the penalty area? I agree that consistency is the issue here, but it may be a quite while before we see another penalty given for something like that.
