Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

...in that it didn't work! Very little difference to my hair, apart from it feeling like a haystack when wet/washed (reminds me of 80s perm days!)
I'm still having to put the straightener on it after washing and definitely after a night's sleep.
I plan on going back to the hairdressers but I don't think there's anything they can do? I can't get any more chemicals in my hair as it feels dreadful as it is... so I presume I'd just be going back to complain...?

Ok what was the brand name of treatment? Did you follow their instructions? Are you using the correct after care products?

I don't know the brand name. (Hairdressers doesn't have a website.) 'Keratin enriched' and 'Organic' is all I can remember. I am using sulphate free shampoo and conditioner which was all I was told by the hairdressers.

Did you need to leave the treatment in for 3 days? Or did they wash it out straight away?

    Washed out straight away.

    Washed out straight away.

Never heard of them washing it out straight away. Always thought it had to be in for 3 days and not tied back at all

I think the newer versions do it this way. I'm heading in to them tomorrow but just wanted to be a bit more informed as to what I can get them to do, if anything.

The girl who did it wasn't there. The others told me I would have to speak to her. (Only a small salon.) They took my number but of course she didn't call. I'll call in again next week and will post up!
