Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Mac returns?

My sister bought a concealer in mac but she has realised its way too dark. It has been opened and used once maybe twice could it be exchanged? The girl in mac picked it out for her however it's way too dark. Thanks.

Depends, if it's been barely used they might accept it. Also depends on who you get. Some MUA's are lovely, others not so much.

I've had some hassle returning a foundation (unopened box, the previous sales assistant gave me the wrong type and I didn't realise it until I had gotten home), worst part was I wanted to exchange it for the right type and buy DUO glue, so I wasn't even looking for a refund.

To get a definitive answer I'd recommend contacting the national consumer association and explaining your situation. It's likely mac have their own policies as regards returns but just check to see if they would have any advice as to getting the best resolution.
