    The main difference is the Shinobi has screwless drive bays, better cooling potential as it can take some 140mm fans (instead of all 120mm) although not sure that it comes with any 140mm fans as is, and two of the front ports are USB 3.0. The Shinobi also looks great IMO.

    Whether that is worth €20 is up to you, the Merc is a fine case for the price.

    Both are good but, go for the Shinobi if you can afford it. It's a better looking case.

    Shinobi also has better cable management.
