Key pad illumination wont go out????

    Hi All

    I have two HKC keypads. I had a fault with a low battery on a PIR. I replaced the battery and the fault cleared. The keypads have been illuminated since the fault occurred. I assumed the two were related and that the keypads would go back to 'normal' when the battery was replaced, but they did not, and are illuminated continually.

    Any ideas?

    Presume you've tried the lights on/off button (bottom right)?
