    Moved into a new place a while ago and at the time only got one key for the main hall entrance and the front door also.

    Has been a right pain sharing a key with my partner and making sure someone is always home.

    Is it the landlord's responsibility to provide us with two keys or is it up to us to get in touch with the management company and try arrange them?

    One of them looks like it could be expensive to get hence I'm asking.

    You only have a right to a single key/set. So, contact the landlord and ask about another set.
