    I tried Berocca but it gave me headaches. I used pharmaton last year for college, did nothing for me. Have tried the whole coffee thing but it doesn't seem to work either.
    I would probably baffle scientists...

    What are people using and what works? :)

    What do you expect these vitamins to do for you exactly? :p

    It's important to maintain good healthy and a strong immune system throughout sixth year, but I don't think there's a supplement out there that will help you do hours and hours of study a night without getting tired or bored.

    To answer your question though, omega fish oils are known to help increase concentration,, if that helps. :)
