    I've got this from the box off lights that I have an issue with but can anyone tell me if its a premium rate number or what the story is with it as tried to call it via skype and it's having none of it, it won't call the number?

    00800 is an international freephone number. Your carrier shouldn't charge you, but you may want to double check with them.
