Ulster Bank losing letters

Has anyone else come across the excuse of we didn't get your letter when corresponding with Ulster Bank. I have gotten this for a credit card application, current account application as well as several other items. Each time I have been using their own freepost po box envelopes.

drop all the letters and applications into your local branch,
post does get lost.
