Broadband constantly disconnecting

    Hi,My internet keeps disconnecting every few minutes and reconnecting and its driving me mad.This has being happening only in the last week and it makes downloading updates and watching videos impossible.The speed as also dropped its now around 1mb when it used to be 5mb. Any help appreciated

    Thanks for the PM. I have looked into this and can see our technicians are scheduled to work on this today as a fault was already logged (Ref : 11553135). Hopefully this issue will be resolved very soon.
