Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Will apps work on my iPhone 3g?

    I'm looking at getting an iphone 3g on the cheap to tide me over for a bit till I can get money together for something decent

    Anyone know if apps like Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram will work on the 3g model? I'm not sure what iOS it's running though ...

    It only goes to 4.2.1 and will not run a lot of apps as they have all been updated to run on later versions,my daughter has one and I had to use an old version of facebook I had in itunes,would be interested in hearing how other people are getting apps to work.

    Up until recently my girlfriend had a 3G and was unable to install Facebook on it due to the iOS mentioned above.

    Best advice would be to either wait it out, get an iPhone 4 or perhaps an S3 mini. Both phones are great.
