Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ice forming underneath outside of fridgefreezer

Hi. I have a Hotpoint Fridge Freezer and compacted ice is forming underneath the appliance on the outside. The ice is slowly melting onto the floor. I have defrosted the fridge freezer and got rid of all the ice but when I plugged it back in, ice eventually formed again. Does anybody know why this is happening?

If I need to replace the appliance, does anybody know if a fridgefreezer or a separate undercounter fridge and undercounter freezer would be more energy efficient?
