Gamestop Order problem!

    I made a little mistake when ordering a game off Gamestop.ie and want some advice.

    I ordered a game which I thought was Pes 2013 but instead I ordered 2012.

    Now I sent a email with the order conformation and also the order number to Gamestop. But I've yet to get a reply.

    Now I'm wondering what are my options for the returning the game ?

    And in case it matters the game was Pre-owned and I used Paypal for payment.

    Any help would be great.

    They're usually quick to respond on Twitter and Facebook, try them there tomorrow during office hours.
