    It should, but no way telling it without a test. Even it they are using the same standard it doesn't guarantee good work. Bluetooth is backward compatible, so you should be OK.

    What's the name of the hands free?

    It SHOULD work. The Asha connects with other handsfree devices (acc. to nokia.com), so it should be fine. Parrot tend to be good at connecting to other devices. But you won't be 100% until you actually try. You may need to fiddle around with settings and Passwords etc.

    Would be worth deleting old phone-pairings from the Parrot before trying to pair the new one. Make sure you put both into 'pairing mode' and ensure that you have no other bluetooth phones etc nearby.

    Search from the Parrot - the phone should ask for a passkey - enter it on the phone and you should be connected. Usually it's straight-forward.
