My best friend is coming over this weekend, and we decided to try and get tickets for Wicked - I've looked through ticketmaster, and the tickets are very expensive. Is there any reputable website that offers cheaper tickets?? Cheapest ticket I could find online was £67

Theatre Monkey gives the pros and cons of ordering from all the options other than ticketmaster.

I just bit the bullet a few months ago and splashed out on decent tickets. It was worth it given the view (again check Theatre Monkey for where you get value for your money). You should be able to get something for less than £67 though.

http://www.lastminute.com/ is a good option also.

Can try this crowd also. Haven't used them in London myself.

If you're around town you can go to the box office directly also should eliminate a bunch of the booking fees I've found.

There are cheaper tickets for Wicked but might all be sold out at this stage

You can get good value on lastminute alright, but I try to avoid booking with them as you can't pick your seats, which I absolutely hate. For Wicked, or some other show that I'm really excited about seeing, I want to make sure I get my choice of good seats. Then I use Theatre Monkey to check the general verdict on the seats available... bit of a perfectionist, I guess.

I use LM on the odd occasion where I'm not overly pushed about the show I was seeing.
