Puppy vaccinations.

    Could someone please tell me if when you go to the vet to get a puppy vaccinated do you get paperwork to say it has been done.

    Yes the vet should give you a card/booklet and they stick the sticker off the medicine on the card, write what it is and date and sign it. :)

    Yes you do. As TK said, you get a card with dates etc and vets signature.

    As the above poster said you get a card, with stickers, date and signiture for each vaccination. Keep this card safe as any future vacinations you get (Kennel Cough etc) will be added and if you ever need to board your dog the boarding kennel will need to see it as proof of up to date vacinations.
