Hi. Not sure if this will get much attention here, but I am looking to buy myself some sort of solution to music, and possibly movie management, that will stand the test of time. What is in the cupboard at the moment:

    • Onkyo NR609, which is on the Network/internet (ethernet to local router)
    • Apple Mac mini, on wireless network and on ethernet. Mainly used to stream web based video content, sports programs etc
    • Western Digital (standard) with USB hardrive attached with lots of movies, hooked up via HDMI to Onkyo
    • iPod Dock for the Onkyo, most of our older music is on iPods
    • New Android phone that has a 64GB SD card, with all our music
Ideally, I'd want some central storage for the music & movies, that can be accessed by the Onkyo.

In the case of music, usually I have it on the Android phone first, so the ideal solution would allow me to push music easily from phone to central storage so that I have it backed up, and I have it available for play on the Onkyo.

I'm not sure how best to manage all this. Maybe having the mini mac in there muddies the waters, and it should be ignored as a possible solution. I know the Onkyo does not support AirPlay.

    Any thoughts or suggestions??

I've started to look into this too. Currently I watch movies of my Macbook which I plug into my amp (upstairs cinema room) or TV via HDMI. For music I need a solution like yours. I have some devices that aren't Airplay compatible so am thinking the Sonos device which (apparently, not read much into it) will bridge devices and synchronise music from a central location.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
