Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all
Upgraded from the original iPhone to the 5 on launch day. Everything's working fine except for the photo quality.
In fact night photos on the old one were better than the 5?
Any photo taken at night comes out very blurry. Even with flash on they look terrible.
    Any advice?

Have you checked the lens cover ? dirt on the lens ? grease ? My 5 takes night photos fantastically well and much better than my previous model. All night photos will have a tendency to blur if there is ANY movement by the taker or the object..... of course.

One thing I noticed with my 4s was the cover I had distorted the flash slightly, if you have a cover on, try again with it off? Worked for me!

I cleaned the lens cover and tried some tonight in lowlight areas (front square of tcd).
Without flash its ok. Still fairly blurry but you get a good bit of detail with them.
With flash on its awful at night. Graham I will try it tomorrow without the cover.

    +1.

Same with missus iPhone4S. Cover can cause the light to deflect back across the lens
