I was wondering if anyone was having any similar problems in the area, if it's Magnet performing upgrades, if it's the relative youth of my connection, if this is the actual standard of the service, or if my connection just sucks?

We don't have a phone and I'd rather not buy phone credit just to ring customer support . I'm posting this here because I know some service reps actively use this forum and perhaps they could help?

Anyway any help at all is much appreciated. Thanks!
