Hi, im posting here for my sister. Her two wear old is constantly freezing cold, to the point where he is almost blue. This happens when he is inside even when its warm. 22 degree room.
She went to various doctors and specialists and has had no luck or proper diagnosis.

So she needs to get some extra warm clothes for him. Its at the stage where ha years two pairs of tights under the jeans and he is still freezing cold, even with glovesand hat on inside.
So can anyone tell of where in dublin i can get some woolly underwear for him? Layers of the standard clothes dont work for him.
    Thanks.

I would definitely take that child to another doctor and start from the beginning! That doesn't seem normal. It sounds like he has issues with blood circulation!
Also, make sure he's not wearing things with tight elastic bands, they tend to hinder circulation and make you cold even with layers (but that's localised...)

The cold is all over him, lips, legs hands body everywhere.
She has gone to over ten and probably fifteen different doctors and not one has had a positive result or improvement.
It isn't tight clothes, but its a good suggestion!
    Thanks!

    Keep looking for another doctor!
What happens if she gives the child a warm drink? What happens if he starts jumping or running on the spot for a few minutes?

Oh, i'm not implying she hasn't, just wanted to know what happened, if that warms him up or not. And is he cold all the time? What temperature has he got?

It sounds like a circulation issue or possible Raynauds ,she needs to get him seen by another doctor.

Thermal underwear protects you from external cold - without dealing with the physical problem first they won't be of much help. Bathe him, massage him, keep him active. All things the docs have probably said but why they haven't referred him to a specialist is beyond me.
