    A windows 8 phone if you can stretch too it! Or a huawei g300 ascend. I adored that phone. Best android phone on the market for its price!

    Honestly, I don't know but I think you can get them factory unlocked but you can also buy the phone locked to a network and then get it unlocked. Basically the same thing as factory unlocked.
