suggestions please

Ok so I have this 7770 proping up a old computer but I need to invest I think, but I have very limited resources,

What I'm thinking is

i3 3220
ASrock Z77 Pro4
8GB Crosair DDR3 1600mhz
Sandisk 64GB SSD

Now all this is coming in at just under 300 delivered, and that really is my limit, any recommendations, or big failures on my part?

I have storage HDD's sorted, optical drives, case, and PSU, and as mentioned above I'll have to be happy with the graphics card I have for now anyway.

Thanks for that, especially on the mobo, too often I get a decent rig with a ****/average mobo and it basically makes a balls of the lot.

I have a 20 quid voucher sitting on amazon which I should of mentioned as the reason why it comes to 300, but at the end of the day I can spend that on something else.
