    Even though I almost killed myself I really really enjoyed this session. It felt great to train with someone else who struggles with benching.

    Warm up: Rollin' & Stretching - did loads. I think i've messed up my right hip flexor. Can't squat down to the bottom without it hurting. Not sure if going at it with a hockey ball was the right thing to do or not.
