    My max is 52kg but that was back in Feb. So 49.4kg? Not too far off that i suppose.

    Feeling really good after that. Looking forward to hopefully progressing and getting out of this funk I've been stuck in because of being injured. Happy happy!

    Long time since I've posted.

    Circuit 1
    10 kb swings & 10 goblet squats - 8kg, 10kg, 12kg, 16kg
    100 walking lunges
    50 air squats
    25 mountain climbers
    15 squats (with the bar)
    10 burpees
    .... and then reversed.

    Circuit 1 - 5 rounds
    5 seated chins
    1 seated chest press each side 8kg (increased every time each round)
    250m row

    My legs are goosed.

    75kg x 5 :D Never thought I'd be squatting anything over 40kg again so unbelievably happy about this especially since my max is 87.5kg

    Between sets I was alternating between flossing my hip flexor and dead hangs.

    3 Rounds of:
    Front squats (5sec pause) to press x 5 with 2 10kg KBs
    Farmers walks with 2 20kg KBs
    KB swings 15kg (15,20,25)

    3 rounds of:
    Single leg step up - 2x16kg KBS - 6 each side
    Pistol box squat - 6 each side.

    Absolutely thrilled with this :)
