Back to the gym after taking a month off because of minor surgery. Didn't think I'd be able for it at all.

    5 back squats + 3 front squats - 25kg x 3 alternating with walking lunges - 50, 25, 40, 40. (The 25 was because i was bargaining with my PT)
Box jumps x 5 - 1 red, 2 red, 3 red and then 3 red + blue on the chair
Kettlebell push press (think it was two 10kgs) x 10 alternating with lat pull downs x 10 - 3 times
    Kettlebell swing alternating with burpees - 18, 12, 6
    250m row x 3

So I've gotten another blow and might just give up training altogether.

I felt a twing in my arm/bicep about 9 months ago. Never really paid much attention to it. It's progressively got worse and worse to the point now where I am uncomfortable at my desk in work. I had been getting sports massages done which was relieving the pain for a few days.

Went back to physio last week and the arm issue is actually caused by that stupid hip injury I picked up this time last year. Because my hip/glute isn't firing my lat is pulling me up and is over worked.

Gonna have to give training a break for awhile until I get it all sorted again.

    FML

Sorry to hear about the injury, but take it from Mr Injury. You just need to train around the injury be it only walking, but do something it will help you get back quicker and at least give you the feeling your doing something. Cant advice you what, but there is something. Chin up positive mental attitude

The very definition of a shít buzz. The only thing I can say is what I did when I was injured was to treat any rehab work as a training program with a 'being able to do stuff' PR waiting at the end

:( Sorry to hear that. It must be very frustrating. Fingers crossed it works out ok in the end.

I got me one of these.

I've been slowly getting into cycling. My hip is still bolloxed. Injury is over a year old now. Been doing mobility work at home every second day. Going to try get a full month of doing it everyday and reassess the situation then. In the mean time I'll continue with the cycling.
