    Week 1 Day 2

    A1) Good Mornings 4x8 w/30kg
    A2) Inverted Row 4x8
    B1) Split Squats 3x12 18kg
    B2) Bench Press 3x15 25kg
    C1) Goblet Squat 3x25 12kg (first set was with 8kg)
    C2) Hollow Hold 3x30s each side

    Was suppose to do Inverted TRX/Ring Row's between the Goblet's and Hollow hold but the trx was in use and I was feeling lazy.

    A2) Bench 4x8 w/ 30ish kg
    B1) Reverse Lunge 3x15 w/ 7.5kg DBs
    B2) Inverted Row 3x15
    C1) DB Thruster 3x25 w/ 5kg DBs
    C2) DB Row 3x25 each side w/ 10kg DBs
    C3) Plank 3x30s

    So the 'C' part took me about 30mins to do. I was lying on the bench, face down in a pool of sweat.

    I am seeing some improvement in my stomach.

    For anyone who actually reads this (other than DWG), going through a bit of a rough patch in my personal life at the moment so that's why I'm not training as much.

    I had planned to throw myself into training but that clearly didn't work out.

    I know I know the shizzle, but take it easy on yourself. Last bad time in my life I had I ran the legs off myself and all it did was put me off running for ages.

    You'll be back when you're good and ready.

    Super stomach! Curious, how long do you spend in the gym? I'm clocking in around 45 - 50 mins with 20 mins on treadmill and the rest on weights. Find it hard to hang around in there any longer than that! Your workouts look time-consuming.

    1hr ish.

    20min extra if I'm doing cardio.

    Any longer than that and I get annoyed.

    That's good going for an hour. Do you spend much time resting between sets? My gym is very small and I find myself hanging around a bit waiting for equipment. I'd say the men all think I'm a big perv!

    Ha ha !

    This new program I'm doing, all the A's are done after each other with a rest at the end, then repeat. Same with B and C. Between A, B, and C i take a few mins break.

    I find myself hanging around sometimes but what I do (and I don't really know if I should be doing this, Hanley can correct me) if the equipment I need isn't free is to just move on to the next exercise.

    I doubt the men care that. I'm forever perving on people. :D

    Hmm thank the Lord for GAA shorts!

    Just ordered NROLFW as I've seen lots of chat about it. Hopefully it'll give me more focus in my workouts.

    4 x 8 20kg db press

    Good Mornings and Lat Pulldown alternating
    GM 3x15 20kg
    LPD 3x15 40kg

    Single Leg Deadlift,Push Ups and Seated Med Ball Twist alternating
    SDL 3 x 12 20kg each leg
    Push ups 2x25, 1 x 13 + 12
    Russian twist x 30 10kg

    Stretching

    Glad to be back.

    ^^^ Knew I should have done that on Sat instead of Sunday.

    Can't really move my legs at the moment so didn't make it to the gym this morning.
