    Since i didn't go to the gym this morning I did this this evening.

    5-4-3-2-1

    1min high knees
    1min jumping jacks
    1min front kicks
    1min jumping jacks
    1min running on the spot

    1min lunges
    1min mountain climbers
    x4

    10 push ups
    15 tricep dips
    x3

    30sec squats
    30sec jumping squats
    x2

    1min plank.

    ****ed.

    C1) Goblet Squat 3x25 12kg
    C2) Ring Rows 3x25 (like a boss)

    A1) Good Mornings 3x8 w/35kg 1x8 w/37.5kg*
    A2) Inverted Row 4x8

    *because this week seems to be the week where i make sh!te of my hamstrings I thought I'd try mess them up even more.

    Also, my wrists are sore now.

    Make sure you do a good bit of wrist prep if your going to be doing handstands regularly.

    Yeh I was doing some beforehand. I actually expected my wrists to be sore the next day but they were grand. Happy days.

    Got a rotten callus on my hand on Friday from doing DL's. Was killing me Saturday morning so decided to hack it off. When I cut into it a load of green goo came out. Gross. So I'm glad I was able to get through this workout. Didn't want to have another excuse not to go to the gym.

    Since I've got that rotten burst blister/callus on my hand I didn't think I'd be able to do deadlifts today. Tried doing one. Ripped the thing even more so did Week 5 Day 1 instead and will do W4D3 next week.

    If your hand still hasn't healed you could always cover the blister/callus with sports tape.

    I did this in Raw and I didn't sh!t a brick :D

    I also made even more bits of my hand but it's ok 'cause I was told this morning that a few tablespoon of 'man the fcuk up' will sort it out.

    I'm taking a few days off from the gym I think this week. I'm run off my feet with work and other commitments.

    No training this week for me because of me falling over a lot with vertigo and having to go to Galway for a funeral. Will go back training on Sunday.
