    I did all this hungover (3rd time drinking this year 'cause i'm DEADLY!). Took an hour and a half. I thought I might die.
    Getting to the gym after a day and/or night on the tear is the best thing you can do.

    *Just having a little bit of a brain dump/rant/getting it all out there moment*

    I usually go to the gym first thing in the morning before work but for the last 3-4 weeks I just can't do it. The thoughts of going to the gym in the morning actually keep me from sleeping at night. The longer I stay awake the harder it is to get up in the morning.

    Oh so just go to the gym in the evenings? Yeh I'm too f'in intimidated to go in the evenings when it's busy. I've been going to a 24 hour gym at 12/1 in the mornings lately to get my sessions done and while this is all well and good I'm paying for a gym that I'm not using and then on top of that paying payg rates for the 24hour.

    Ugh, FML.

    How do you find the deadlifts? Use a belt or anything?

    Those ab wheel rollouts are a killer. 3x10 is impressive.

    I don't use a belt no. Those ab wheel rollouts were on my knees. Weren't great.

    I squat 90kg today and nearly cried.

    It's scary to me that you can squat 60.

    I was gonna do 85 , but got spurred on by a random girl on the internet, hell no if she can do 60,I'm gonna man up and do 90!!
