    Tried doing 'Bring Sally Up' push ups.

    Only made it to 50sec.

    Note to self: Do more push ups.

    Tried it too and got about 80 seconds if I remember rightly. Did the squats one after though to cheer myself up :D

    Ah the half push up position!

    Used to love that in work. Sometimes you'd be left like that for 3 minutes at a time.

    They suck! Fair play to you guys!

    Just BW. Was on the couch at the time. I'd be confident in weighted but nothing past 40kg (even that is a bit ambitious) :o

    Sold all my weights just before Xmas so can't test weighted :(

    I block those out from my tunnel vision. Even with the goals outlined for this year I'm pretty they'll just about be in line with her current lifts...

    Yeh I did it with BW as well afterwards but there was no 'challenge' really.

    I did it with an empty Ladies bar a couple of months ago and was shocked at how hard it was :o:o:o:o

    I must try it again and see how it goes!

    Block 1 -

    Repeat 4x 40s on/20s off of:

    A1) Jumping Jacks
    A2) Air Squats
    A3) Push Ups

    Block 2 – As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:

    A1) Lunge x8 per leg
    A2) Sit up x8

    Block 3
    20s on/10s off x8:

    A) Burpees

    Well didn't I do something silly during this and ruined my right hamstring, but did I stop? No, that'd be the smart thing to do. I video'd the whole thing because I wanted my mam to do the workout as well. My burpees look hilarious cause I'm trying to do them on one leg.

    Just wondering what you mean by 'ruin'. Hamstrings are delicate bastards, I get worried when I see them unhappy. Hope you didn't tear it.

    Well I felt something pop. If I lift my leg up it hurts. If I squat it hurts even more. Don't think I've torn it though. I'd expect it to be worse if I'd done that. It's just sore when I move it certain ways.
