    Well I felt something pop. If I lift my leg up it hurts. If I squat it hurts even more. Don't think I've torn it though. I'd expect it to be worse if I'd done that. It's just sore when I move it certain ways.

    Is it uncomfortable to walk? Bruising? It does sound like a tear of some description from what you've said.

    There's loads of stuff about hammer injuries on the google machine. Give it a day or two's rest and go see a physio would be my recommendation. I had a hamstring injury myself earlier this year. It was very frustrating to recover from. My main advice would be to give it twice as much rest as you think it needs.

    I can walk no problem and it's not really painful but it's niggly if that makes sense? Like I know there is something just not quite right.

    Not really comfortable putting a lot of weight on the ole leg so did this.

    Block 1 - Repeat 4x 40s on/20s off

    Block 2 – As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:

    They had the radiators on full blast. I was sweating like a priest in a play ground cause all my tops are too heavy.

    I'll cut up a revfit one at the weekend.

    Oh and it's not like i never sported a belly top in Revfit anyway !!
