Has Asics replaced the GT21.. line?

I was just looking around there and it seems Asics have replaced the GT21 line of runners with GT2000? I also have seen something called the GT3000. Are they both the same type of shoe, but the GT3000 is just the latest model, the same way they'd go from GT2140, 2150, 2160 etc?

Have a read of this thread, the gt2000 is the replacement for the gt2170 I believe.
