Best Tablet for €200 approx

I would like to know what the best value tablet for around €200. I think 7" would be enough. I would like wifi and external storage capable. Ie movie files on SD card or USB.

Amazing price...I'm sure I saw these at 249 in carphone warehouse at the weekend.

Edit: Oooh I see there is a more expensive 32GB.. maybe it was this that was 249

Asus, Sony and Toshiba have expandable memory/storage but double the price though.

Samsung are good tablets for roughly that price depends which ones matches the spec you looking for not sure if they have expandable memory/storage.
