    Make sure not to get a refurb with a Nvidia 8xxx series video chip. All these chips are faulty, and some chancers are reflowing them with a heatgun to slightly expand their lifespan. I think the one on ebay may be a nvidia card one, I wouldnt trust anyone who doesn't upload an actual picture of the laptop for sale either, the one in that ad is a lenovo thinkpad

    Get one that has 15 inch screen, 14inch is too small ,if its your main pc ,for youtube ,video etc,cpu should be at least 1.3ghz, ram 1gig minimum.
    I prefer adverts ie, you can check sellers profile, selling history, ask for a receipt.
    of course you can plug it in to any vga monitor.
