    Just a question. If I am coming from merrion road going southbound, how can I get to the marks and spencer in blackrock seeing that there's no right turn or u turn allowed?

    You have to turn into Blackrock village at Superquinn and then take either of the right turns after the main street to bring you onto the northbound side of the dual carriageway.

    turn left onto the main street and immediately right into the side carpark of blackrock shopoing centre, just exit the carpark then and just continue on straight across the rock road into the frascati
