Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lip Filler problem

I had 1ml of collagen (I think ?) injected into my lips on Friday..and it has completely disappeared already. The initial swelling lasted for a few hours, and by Saturday my lips looked the same as thay looked before the treatment.

I have heard of filler material being 'metabolised' quickly but never within 24 hours. The worst I have heard of was the filler lasting only 1 month.

Can anyone advise on the best course of action here? I hate complaining but I think I will have to ask the Dr. who performed the treatment to take a look at the result...it's very disappointing.

(I won't mention the name of the clinic!)

I think you'd be better off ringing the Dr and explaining your concern. I've no experience with fillers myself but I'm sure it would have been a dermal filler that was used ie Juvederm. Maybe the result is only slight?
