Where to get good rat poison, Dublin or kildare

Was doing some work at back of the house over weekend and have noticed some stuff from either Rat or Mice, Want to put some poison down but wonder where i would get good stuff, with frost and snow promised i dont want to leave it much longer, heard there was great stuff in little bags you can put into a pipe and leave…
