Samsung - note faulty earphones dead on arrival

    Less than a week ago i purchased a new note 10.1 from Argos. Tried out earphones today.. stop start does not work. Refund possible? Phoned Samsung wi'll be after Xmas till I get replacement.

    Your contract is with Argos. Just go back to them. They should replace it.
