Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

but that pic shows very little about simpson(benny was on the right from around 30 mins+) it shows that our crosses from the right were rubbish, if you look at their first goal it came from a defensivly weak left side. and i agree totally rb is certainly not our main priortity this transfer window a guti replacement and a centre half are way more important

Not singling out Simpson with the image (although his attempted crosses tonight were dreadful), just emphasising the need for a full back who can go down the wing and put a decent cross into the box.

But yes, Jonas dropped and a CB is number one priority for sure.

With 0 wins away this season and 1 win in our last ten there needs to be a large can of "kick in the ar*e" opened at all levels in the club. Pardews 8 year deal looking like a complete joke now.

This is not one player bar Ba and Colo and perhaps Santon need to have a long look at their performances

he persists with guti who has been total rubbish this season...workrate is not enough to give him a place

Was saying it all game, if you want hard graft and tackling then Biggi is your man and if you want creativity then Marveaux should be there. Jonas just is not up to it at the moment, I know he is the VC but still. Would love to see what Santon could do on his favoured right hand side.

Getting back to Damien Duff heres a cracker of a stat from @lee ryder
Damien Duff produced as many assists for Fulham this evening as he did in 68 Premier League appearances for Newcastle.

1 miserable assist in 2 years! Should have booed him myself!

    Heres a second source http://soccernet.espn.go.com/team/squad/_/id/361/season/2007/league/eng.1/newcastle-united?cc=5901

Newcastle struggling this season and City up next.

Didn't Pardew sign an 8 year deal recently? Would cost a bit to sack him!

Think they'll be fine though. Cisse on the wing is a bit of strange one. He scored 14 in 13 games last season or something like that. Need to get him scoring again.

I'd put Anita in there aslo. Have been very impressed with him in the past two games.
