Where the Title of you page displays how do you get the tiny thumbnail picture to display up there? On facebook its the f boards its the face type thing. Cheers for any help :)

This site may be of use http://www.favicon.cc/ if you're not great with photoshop.

If you have a favicon and it's in png, use http://www.convertico.com/ to convert it to .ico format.
