Card cancelled new one issued : problem

    Hi,

    My visa debit card recently got chip damage, so i ordered a new one, that is pending in the post currently. So from what i know, my current faulty visa debit card has essentially been cancelled?

    I'm expecting a refund through that card number soon. What will happen that payment?

    Hi stephen090,

    Thanks for getting in touch. Cancelling your Visa Debit card will not affect any refunds that you are due. They will still be applied to your bank account, even while you are waiting for your replacement card.
