Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What is so bad about a manager that brought him to the premier league, played him on a regular basis (every game this season) and made McCarthy a central player to how he wanted Wigan to play?

I just don't think he is that good of a manager. He has always seemed a bit of a soft touch to me and I think a better manager could get more out of McCarthy and so help his game grow.

Unfortunately there are an awful lot of hoofball merchants in England and if McCarthy were to end up with one of them that would probably hold back his development too.
