    The US under Barack Obama now officially supports the mass slaughter of innocent civilians, children, and the persecution of and murder of minority Christians.

    Interesting and scary times ahead of us as I don't think other countries including Russia will let this US led "world police force" carry on like savages in the same manner that they took out Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc and get away with it this time.

    'WASHINGTON — President Obama said Tuesday that the United States would formally recognize a coalition of Syrian opposition groups as that country’s legitimate representative, in an attempt to intensify the pressure on President Bashar al-Assad to give up his nearly two-year bloody struggle to stay in power.

    Mr. Obama’s announcement, in an interview with Barbara Walters of ABC News on the eve of a meeting in Morocco of the Syrian opposition leaders and their supporters, was widely expected'.

    Fact pattern is starting to properly resemble Libya, except that old Turkey-Neck has the Russians and Chinese onside.

    But the announcement isn't really a surprise. The US has obviously been on the side of the opposition. The prospect of a neutered Syria makes Obama's nipples hard.

    Most nations support the Syrian uprising - Obama gets demonised for it.
