Wireless(ish) surround sound

    Hey,

Have an odd issue I'm hoping someone has some ideas on.
Our TV is currently at the back of the living room where we have a single coax feed from outside for UPC. And our surround sound speakers are wired to this location too, via cables in the wall.
We're getting Sky in next week, and since a second coax will be needed for Sky+ we thought it'd be better to move the TV to beside the front wall of the house.

so my question is: is there any way to wirelessly send the surround sound to a device where the cables are? Or failing that, could I wire the cables to CAT5 or similar, to bring it past the fireplace (I think this would be neater than running a coax past the fireplace, and leaving the TV where it is).

    Thanks
