I am looking for some info if possible. I was let go from work 2 months ago I had been working for 16 months and before that I was on a CE scheme 9 months. My partner and I have started talking about him moving in. Hopefully in the new year so that will mean I will be giving up my OPF and I am wondering if I will be able to claim Jobseekers Benefit I know I won't get JA as he is working and I assume his income will be classed as means for me as soon as he moves in.

Any one know if you get stamps while on a CE scheme or how to find out if you have enough stamps to qualify for JB?

    Thanks
